June 2010 Nationwide Circuits is
pleased to add the Probot 880 to it's electrical testing capabilities. With the
arrival of the 880, our test department has not only increased it's throughput,
it has ensured limited to no down time due to the full time operation of four
electrical testers. The Probot 880 is designed for high throughput. With it's
new lightweight probes, new test electronics, new test strategies and
algorithms it can reach speeds of 3000 test points per minute. Nationwide Circuits has received their official International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) registration from the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs. ITAR regulates the manufacture, export and transfer of defense articles, information and services. Nationwide Circuits is proud to do it's part to safeguard US national security. For more information on ITAR visit the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls website Lead Free / RoHS Nationwide now offers Lead Free and RoHS compliant printed circuit boards. the RoHS directive requires that any electronics sold must not contain any of the following: lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls(PBB) or polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDE). All of the raw materials used at Nationwide meet this RoHS requirement, however, not all laminate materials are suitable for the Lead Free application. latest impedance measuring device from Zmetrix. The addition of the ST100 not only
insures accurate results to the customer, but also lets us monitor the product through
manufacturing, allowing us the ability to fine tune our process. |
